Used Green Chef for 6 months so far and have NO complaints . Wonderful customer service and will do anything to please their customers . I have all the recipe cards to make the meals on my own and taught my 12 year old how to cook . It was a great bonding experience .

I like to cook, I like to shop, I like to prep and plan...up to a point. Green chef lets me just cook...and the results are incredible! We are on our 5th week and have made plans for the next 3 weeks. I probably pay a bit more, but THE SAUCE IS THE BOSS!! Very cleverly they have created killer sauces and marinades that I could not duplicate..each one is an explosion of flavor and takes simple kale or spaghetti squash to new levels of taste. We are on the keto plan and I do not (really) miss the potatoes and starch with all the great stuff that they include in each bag. And...set the bag up on your counter and you have a built-in countertop trash receptacle, so when you're done simply throw the bag away and you have done about 50% of the cleanup.

I was able to try out a few of their kits and actually found the food to be really good. I would have stuck with them, but they are on the pricier side. It's almost cheaper to eat out at a healthy casual restaurant and without the cooking and cleaning.

The only thing that knows them down to four stars is their cancellation system. Not only can you not cancel online and must email them to do so, but you also have to cancel 7-days before your next order. Unfortunately, I was not aware of this policy and canceled too late. HOWEVER, they were prompt to cancel my subscription and offer me a discount.

Based on my experience, the negative reviews concerning their customer service seem are without merit. They were prompt and were able to help resolve my problem.

I'd definitely recommend to anyone that wants a keto meal kit and has the means to pay for it.
